In November 2021 after having completed level 2 Pāli and beginning level 3 (12 lessons done), I found my account dashboard not showing the button to access level 3 and the line referring to level 2 showing as I had not completed level 2 yet ( I already received the certificate for it).
I’ve sent already 3 email to the administrator: admin@34.249.247.162 and the support: support@34.249.247.162 to inform them of the issue but I received no replay untill now after 6 months.
Is there anybody? Can the problem be solved or money be refunded?
